Along the theme of Jeff Foxworthy's "You Might Be a Redneck"

If you get excited waiting for a package of what is basically a piece of rope to come in the mail, You Might be a Hammock Camper!

This is the 2nd week in a row I ordered from Dutch and I'm very excited. Last week, I bought a continuous ridgeline for the tarp. Now I bought some tarpworms with Lash It for the guy lines.

Anyone else have any other funny ones along these lines?

your wife finds a mess of rope and string attached to the leg of the dining room table and gives you a look like "Oh my God, who did I marry?" And you answer " Hey, I've been learning some knots, like a real man!"

If you get packages in the mail that weigh hardly anything...but cost quite a bit more than nothing...you might be a hammock camper.

Haha, yes. I told my parents that 40 some bucks for something that is basically nothing. BTW, my ridgeline and guylines now cost about 2X what I paid for the tarp originally (bought a cheap tarp for now).
