I just pulled the trigger on my first top quilt. I can not say enough good things about Paul and his operation. Helpful is an understatement. 3 phone calls, all returned promptly. And too many questions to count. He was patient, honest and very helpful with all my questions. As a newbie to hammocks he could have easily recommended the most expensive down, even when asked the differences. But nope, Paul recommended the least expensive.
All I can say is from my experiences ( both a under quilt and now a top quilt) with UGQ, As a customer, I have never been treated better. There customer service is absolutely second to none.
And if all that was not enough I was just on their web site and read that they are out in South Dakota, at a hang. So that means he answered my questions while out at the HANG. That says something about customer service to me.
