Hello from New Jersey!
Hello everybody! My name is Chris and I am from northern NJ, born and raised. I am rather new to hanging. I started out earlier this spring with some ENO gear that i had found on sale (of course I didn't start really researching hammock camping until after I had made that purchase, lol). Now, thanks to the plethora of knowledge ya'll have been amassing on this forum (and supplies from dutchware), I have been making my own gear! And it actually works! It seems that every question I have has already been answered in a thread somewhere, many projects i want to attempt have already been broken down and explained by one of the many experts of this site. Special thanks to Knotty and Fronkey for their instructions for the side-stretch hammock and fronkey bugnet, two of my first projects.
Now that I have been at it a few months and have gained some experience, I figured it was time to stop watching from the sidelines and get in on the conversation.
This is hands-down the best resource for hammocking that I have seen, thanks to all the people to make it happen!
