    Catculating cat cuts

How do I use my spread sheet to make plot points for cat cuts? I'm interested in making a cat cut hammock and a Speer cat tarp.

If you like the Black Cat tarp, look here for the MS Excel file that lvleph wrote. I'm told it's very easy to use.

Well, that's for Excel. It doesn't work in Open Office.

If you have a Google account, you can just use docs.google.com to work with it from within your web browser. Excel, Open Office, etc are all so very 2001.

I've used OpenOffice to work on Excel documents before. What error does it give?

I've never had a problem using Open Office to read .xls files...I've hit snags the other way around before - sometimes Excel doesn't like other spreadsheets, even when they're .xls format - but OO has always worked fine.

It's probably an issue with the macro lvleph wrote to do the calculation...maybe contact him and see if there's a way around it. I know pretty much nothing about macros in spreadsheets...wish I could be more help
