MIL didn't like the hammock too much, but at least she tried it.

Images of the hammock room; really it's the everything room, Archery room, fishing room, fabric storage room...you get the idea. We just call it the hammock room because it's the most dominant feature!

I'm creeping up on Cannibal status! I don't think I have achieved that status ....... but my love of hanging may come close one day.

I've a room in the basement for gear ..... tents, fishing gear, paddles etc.

Next room over is a temporary hanging place where all my gear is now being made and more gear laying around.

I have 2 Sky Chairs that hang on the front porch and a hammock stand that has been stored for the winter.

My daughter has my first bridge hammock in her room and my son has his hanging in his room.

No chance of getting a hammock in my room ..... ..... There was no room for discussion or any need for clarification when I was hanging my hammock in my daughters room......it was a resounding ..... don't even ask!

My mother-in-law might go for a nap ...... but I doubt I could get her to sleep in it. Still having troubles converting my wife.
I do not wish to be disturbed - but I can't help it!

    Its a dangerous road Jodster.
The views are great, but exercise extreme caution. I'm very, very, very, very lucky to have found the girl I did. A less understanding one would have set me out on the curb many moons ago. Luckily, she's a bit of a hammock addict herself.

Have to agree with Cannibal .... very nice setup Hogn8r.

Cannibal : I too am blessed with a VERY understanding wife and it sure makes it easier when they do understand. She does give me some sideways glances once and a while ...... but she just lets me go with it. I concider myself one of the lucky ones. The rooms in the basement are actually an apartment that I didn't want to rent out when we moved in.
