Neat Hang experience. Humped in too much gear. Ate a lot of excellent food. Man-o-man can Dogger cook. Had some condensation issues again. There must be a solution. Now I understand all the ice on the windows of the barn when I was a kid doing chores.
Hopefully others will post pic's.
I don't have any pics to post but i think the condensation issue has one solution, Dogger needs to make us all hot tent for our hammocks. I went real lite with gear this time around, only stayed for a a night and had to be in Boulder Junction by 1 on Sunday for work. Really nice spot though. Just about 25 minute flat walk in.

I really appreciated this opportunity to hang with you guys. Lots of good food been shared, chili and bacon-potato soup to name a few. I did lousy job setting my tarp (too high, bad orientation with my feet towards the wind and I didn't even bothered to close the door). I've been shivering on and off for a while until my clothes dried up and wind somehow settled a bit (huh, at least I picked a decent place to hang, just should've used other trees). Not too bad for -5F night (as consensus said) with a 20F-rated bag. Would I been worse, I'd get up and close that door
What worked good for me, was a combination of Thinlight Hammock Pad from Gossamer Gear and a Klymit Insulated Pad. They did wonders, kept my bottom warm, stayed under me with all the tossing and rolling and even stayed there when my dog got into my hammock or out.
I should also mentioned that my tarp and hammock were made by mountainwilderness365 and they are top notch. Ultra-light, and very strong (the hammock survived my dog without any punctures!)
Great to see you all again! The weekend was a blast.
