QUestion about continual loops and bishop bags

Through some quick Checking I see continual loops available for 8 and 15" loops, If I am using a black bishop bag from arrowhead, will I need the longer loop so the bag stay put and I can use it, or is 8" fine for that, any ideas?

Your bishop bag won't care which you use but your hammock might. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but 15" are used for converting hennesy hammock suspension. 8" for most everything else.

I'm pretty sure you are right about the 15" ones. The 8" will be long enough for your hammock and bishop bag

Yeah, the Bishop bag doesn't need to completely clear the hammock. I have rings that my hammock ends so I can easily change out suspension types - for fun. There is definitely less than 8" between the ring and end of hammock. I just hook one end of the hammock to my suspension at the tree, then pull it out of the bag as I walk to the other end. I clip that end in and the bishop bag ends up somewhere at the end of the hammock. Even if it still covers the gathered end knob, both the bag and hammock are happy.
