I think I'll pass this time, I don't have a tested winter setup. With the forecasted wet, windy, colder temps. I think I'll stay closer to home. A friend and I will be paddling/hanging a near by lake with some nice shore paddle in sites. A chance to test out my thrown together semi-winter setup. Temps will be similar, but closer to home if we need to bail. Catch you all on another hang

I never make this one due to the timing, but always keep an eye out.

Looks good to me! 50°+ for highs, above freezing for lows, mostly sunny other than some rain Friday night (enjoy the sound under the tarp), and wind should be 3-8mph entire time.

Perfect fall weather! Have fun and be safe!!

    Friday
A 40 percent chance of showers after 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 57.

    Friday Night
Showers likely, mainly after 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

    Saturday
A 30 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 50.

    Saturday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 34.

    Sunday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 50.

I was just up that way this past weekend and there is a small amount of parking less than .1 mile down the road on the opposite side.

I plan on getting to the tower a 4pm. Can’t wait to see all of you.

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
