Hey guys,
I’ll be coming in around noon on Saturday.
Can’t wait to see everyone!
Bernoulli and I were at the site last night and the creeks were all dry. Of course that may change today.

Should get to the tower about 8 o'clock. I haven't been here before but the map posted looked pretty straight forward

Bernoulli and I had a great time as always too bad I had to leave early.
I was down there Friday but I couldn’t find the location, so I just set up at site 2. I was camping, so that was good, but would have loved to find the crew. I did run across Countrybois on the trail, but I was already set up and then ran across Harlan on the way out Saturday morning. I am looking forward to any future hangs.

Aiden and I got a late start on Friday and wasn't able to find you guys, obviously. Trail ignorance and arrogance, on my part, not Aiden's, actually helped us to knock out two bucket list items: I have wanted to hike the Sycamore Loop and Aiden has always wanted to night hike. We completed the loop in the dark and light rain. He was ready to go home and could not be talked into camping and trying again on Saturday morning. I don't blame him.
We did make our plans for the Winter Hang while on the trail though. We are looking forward to that!
Was the turn off for Crescent Valley marked?
No there is no official trials into the valley, you turn off the loop trail near campsite number 2 ,head northwest I think about 1/4 of a mile
Had a great time as always. Love hanging with you guys. Missed you, Mule! Looking forward to the spring hang!

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
