Be sure to get the right sag. I originally thought that a tight hammock would be a flat hammock. I am a side sleeper and my first few nights were very uncomfortable with shoulder squeeze and way too much fidgeting. It has to be loose so that one can sleep diagonally. The other thing that I discovered was a new definition of side sleeping. In a bed, I am at 90*, and in a hammock the most comfortable position for me is around 45* (just enough to stop snoring).
