    First hang ever, in Andalucía.

I received my Dutch wide netless recently, and went out for an overnight yesterday. I arrived at my campsite by Rio de la Miel sometime after dark, and did my first setup using 12ft kevlar tree straps, using the j-bend.

I slept great, although I awoke several times. Once I dreamt it rained, probably because I hadn't hung my tarp.

No shoulder squeeze, and I was comfortable, even a bit too warm at times. Ended with some breakfast from the hammock and went back home.

    Here are some pictures :

Congrats on the new hammock. That area looks like it provides some good hanging trees. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

Cheers guys! Loving the hammock! I've been a wee bit obsessed with them lately, which is kinda bad when you don't have one ;-)

I'll definitely do my best to get out much more frequently than I have in the past!

I've had that same dream every time I don't hang my tarp.

Haha, yeah, I suspect that's quite common. Also, I'm from Denmark, where there's basically always a chance of rain, or heavy dew. Here in Spain, it's either dry or monsoon type rain (which it is right now! Glad I wasn't out in that!)
