    Thumbs up CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Unbelievable customer service,-Short version,-
    We recently ordered 2 new Zepplin uq's from UGQ,both 0° with 2 oz of overstuff. My mother in laws Christmas gift to me and my wife.
    My wife upgraded hers to a rsbtr printed fabric, the deep purple Paisley,well, this is where things got mixed up.
    I must have put in the wrong number of fabric print and yesterday when they arrived we got the black and white Paisley instead of the purple.
    The wife was not very happy at first so i shot Paul an email about the mix up!
    After a few minutes of looking at the new uq's my wife decided that she would go ahead and just keep it because to tell the truth these are the most BEAUTIFUL quilts i have ever seen and it was very obvious that alot of time and hard work had to of had gone into the making of the quilt.
    The craftsmanship and quality of these Zepplins just blew me away, and as it sat there it just kept growing and growing and getting bigger by the minute
    So i called Paul at UGQ's and told him to forget the email and that we would keep this one.
    He would not accept this and insisted on making her a new one in the color that she origanally wanted,
    I spent the better part of atleast 5 minutes trying to convince him that he did not have to replace the quilt and that i know how much time, material and hard work must have gone into the build ,,,But i lost the arguement and Paul is shipping us a new 0°Zepplin with 2 oz of overstuff and it will be here in less than a week.
    There are a small amount of decent quilt making cottage venders here but so far in my experiance Paul and Missy at UGQ'S are at the top of the list!
    This is just MY (and alot of other hangers) opinion
    Will post pics when it arrives!!

    Couldn't possible have you guys accept a quilt you were not expecting no matter where the break down was in the process. I'll keep you posted on the new quilt as soon as we have the fabrics in hand we'll get her done...

    i have asked for a lot of frustrating and unique underquilt designs and Paul has work through everyone one with me, even fabric he absolutely cannot stand to work with. every one of my quilts [3 in total] are outstanding in every regard.

    I have had the same experience with the great customer service and the product (underquilt) is just such a fine piece of equipment that is so well made. I have nothing but high marks for this company!!!!

    I already have one with overstuff and love it. Anne won't hang if it is that cold so don't need a second. And of course with 2 shugfits, and a pod, I can really layer up if I need to

    Just great people and great " Quality " I am so happy I got my 0* ambush 950 in before the holiday orders .
    I have many UGQ tarps and quilts and accessories and very happy with there awesome customer service .
