What do the others think about us doing Dutch oven meals for Friday/Saturday nights and Saturday morning?

I may be in for this hang/event. If I can make it, it will be later on Friday evening.

I would recommend you set your gps here (https://goo.gl/maps/Hqtp7EFMJKK2) so you can have easy access for unloading. You'll just have to cross a foot bridge, then hang a left on the towpath to find the campsite.

Then, you'll need to drive to park overnight at Carderock recreation area. Make sure you go online to print the parking permit for the weekend so you don't get towed. Here is the link to the parking form to be filled out. When you complete it, it will be emailed to you for printing. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...oh0dw/viewform

To find the bridge, look for orange construction fence with a little dirt pull off.

Is carderock closer than Anglers inn parking?

Carderock is a half mile. I think AI is further.

I'm running a bit late, but I will be there tonight. (I'll probably get there after everyone has finished dinner.)

So you went through with it, Yojimbo, and decided to freeze your butt off? how'd it go?

Hope you've been well since the hang at Prince William Forest.
