Found an alternate use for my ENO

Now that I've gone further down the hammocking rabbit hole and am thoroughly pleased with my Dutch hammocks I've found an alternate use for my first hammock, my ENO doublenest. I hang it from my ceiling racks to hold my quilts, bug net and other hammocks. Works great!

    An over-sized gear hammock!

I started in ENOs and still love mine, especially on day hikes because they're so easy to set up and take down for a quick lunch time nap.

I still use an ENO in the yard for wife and kids, but this one is on permanent gear duty. (:

Oh wow! I bought extra Hennessy Scout Hammocks during their fall sale and tried to use them to hold custom under quilts. It worked for car camping, but I am looking into under quilts light enough for backpacking. We are setting up a bedroom for my oldest son and he will be overjoyed to hang hammocks in there for his gear! What a space saver! Thank you!

That poor ENO, relegated to being a gear hammock. Sell that thing to someone who would use it. It's a shame that hammock isn't being used

I still use my eno single as a daily lounger at the lake. I don't mind getting it wet or sandy. It comes down at the end of the day and I switch out to my SLD for a night next to the beach. I've gotten a lot of use out of it and it's been on more than a few adventures.

It actually has a small tear worn into it that I patched up, so I would feel bad selling it. It still sees daily use, just downgraded to light duty.

    You're very welcome Pipswich.
