Welcome from another ATL hanger. I concur with many others that this is a great site with a wonderful community of hangers, although my wallet has taken a hit getting new stuff I've discovered and just had to have! I'd love to be able to make it to Springer again, it's a great time, a mixture of hangers, thru hikers returning to the start of their journeys, etc. The last time I was up there a new thru hiker was starting her trip on New Years day....very early, for sure!

I can't make the Springer NE hang this year. My wife and I already have plans but, I will make it next year and hope to meet and greet some of you on other hangs as well.

I go to a buddies home in Ball Ground to pick bluegrass and eat BBQ at Williamson Brothers and then cook pork shoulder then eat some boiled peanuts pick more bluegrass and pitch some horseshoes then sit and do some wood staring while picking more bluegrass. The best. I made him a hammock so soon .... hammocking in all this fun.
