Does anyone that's going have a little bit larger fly or maybe hex fly than my stock hennessy fly that they are trying to sell? If not, I'll be taking your suggestions on how to get my fly nice and taught.

Anyone know how to use water bottles as tensioners/water catchers?

I am, I am! Will be down for sure just don't know if I'll get there on Thursday or Friday yet. Looking forward to meeting all you hangers (and tenters).

Are we planning on camping at Kyle's Landing or do we plan to camp nearby? I've never been up there but it looks like there is a fee per day of $10.

If the water is turned on and flush toilets are open then the fees are on. Otherwise bring water and use the vault. It could go either way depending on freezing weather. I plan on bringing water in just in case. Can hardly wait for a nice weekend hanging out in the woods.

looks like rain in the middle of next week, but turning very nice end of week so far. High's Mid 50's low's mid 30's. Will be some awesome Water Falls. I'll call Wed and find out if fees will be taking. Can't wait to meet everyone out there...

I know I'm excited. We should be leaving around noonish Friday heading out from Little Rock. I don't know how long it will take us to get there from little rock but give or take an hour for getting supplies on the way out and we'll be there.

Still working out logistics on this end... according to Google, it's about 10 1/2 hours for me and I won't be able to leave until my wife is off work Friday so at best we are looking at mid-day Saturday. The other option is to camp our way there a bit slower and see folks Sunday. I'll post more when I know more but the 3 of us are still planning to head for the Arkansas hills for a bit.

Just want to wish you folks the best hang!! I am gonna paddle the buffalo for five days in May and so wish I could join you. I have a daughter getting married in Miami the following weekend, so logistically not possible. Just want to do it vicariously by wishing you all the best time in the world. Gonna be some good folks there.
