I have a large 2 burner (like a turkey cooker) that I am bringing. Full tank of gas. Open to anybody who needs fire.

On a more serious note--I've told my kids to use their own judgement about weather to attend or not. My grandkids would get too cold. Maybe Marianna will day camp with her tribe on Friday--Friday is going to be ok while the sun is up.
I will see most all of you at upcoming spring and summer hangs.
And something that we can consider is moving all Yates Hangs to the weekend following time change in spring and the weekend before time change in the fall. This would alleviate most of the extreme cold that sometimes befalls Yates Hang. If we moved it--would it still be Yates? Anyway it's something to think about.
Yates is still on and somebody's gonna have to eat extra just to keep up!

@phantomgrappler I say keep it the same weekend as time change that has worked for all these years. I also am not worried about the cold. I would not mind waking to a winter wonderland but I just don't have a place to dry out wet gear when I make it home. No garage or other suitable structure. I appreciate the updates regarding the burn status.

Perhaps a few pictures showing the grown conditions? An example of best and the worse. I am not sure I want to mess with cleaning sooty gear.

Sorry I do not have pix--my last few posts are accurate there is an area that has little or no burn and it has also rained this week. I think people will find good hammock sites and if we run out of reasonable sites--I will post immediately. Two trees reserved for Silverpalm2x
