Seems most hammocks are related in design. You lay in them between trees.
All the vendors that sell hammocks did not invent hammocks.
Add what spices you want and change it up enough to have a bit of your style.
Seems none of the established vendors are going broke doing it. They all actually seem to thrive actually.
Look at hamburgers. All a burger. Just different stuff on them.
It is good for all of us.
You could say that everyone copied Ed Speer and Hennessy, Clark. Nets, covers, snakeskins, pull outs, zippers.....the whole magilla.
Do we go there?

HaHa after one goes custom in just about any hobby it is very hard to go back.

Nice. I have to much in mine as well. I have been meaning to get into bikepacking and currently have a custom steel rando lugged Curt Goodrich in box with custom racks that I can't seem to find the money to build. I'm making it my goal to get it running by the end of 2017 though.

I'm trying to think of two burgs brands that I find equally appealing to continue the metaphor....anyway....

The marketing for These new hammocks seemed to indicate a new "evolution" though and it was not merely a different flavor of burger...but in fact that is what it is it appears?

I thought instead it was gonna be a ground chicken burger with new spices and a slice of avocado.

I am very confident all burgers in question are juicy and delicious...so no sweat.

Businesses are gonna be competitive. Hard to imagine otherwise.

For me though the WB XLC is da best still!!

Love my DL Dangerbird I got in November. There are a few great cottage vendors being a noob would not have found if hadn't been on this site. o Dutch experience myself but Smurfs were great at answering questions and my Dangerbird is awesome!
