    Cool hammock lamp

    Trying out tulle fabric for organiser and lamp
    Its ultralight, strong but very see through so doesnt dim the light but does soften it.
    Using a rechargeable nitecore tube light.

    I carry a small white sil stuff sack for that purpose. I never thought about using white mesh. That's even lighter (erm...no pun intended).

    This is very interesting indeed - so the white mesh is acting as a diffuser?

    Yes it lets some through and bounces a small amount of light around inside the bag.
    Not as good as solid white which i also use but that also reduces the light output quite a lot.

    My trail buddy made a small led light and sets it in front of a water bottle. Not as light but is something we already carry. I'll have to suggest this one thanks.
