Yeah, got wondering about this as I was trying to get to sleep last night... Could a siteholder PM me their last name, or put it on the spreadsheet, for check-in purposes?

I don't know the tree situation on our site to offer spots- and we lack hammock stands. Getting there around 4 and can assess the situation. We do have 4 adults Saturday and 2 cars so don't know if we can offer much.

Bringing sriracha baby back ribs, chocolate spice St. Louis ribs. Cast iron bacon potato pie thing that you've seen on Facebook, homemade lemon ginger BBQ sauce for ribs and pulled pork ,meats will be hickory smoked and also a lovely cucumber salad. Other guys have meats to be smoked too. Friday morning arrival. Ready!

I only made one rack of each , get whatever you want. The smoker has a rib rack so it can do a bunch at once , more ribs not an issue.
Chaz has like 10lbs of sausages.

Garlic and Cheese

We can smoke 'em, Braise 'em, Grill 'em, Fry 'em, cook 'em on hot rocks, in sauces, over Tex-Mex Rice, with eggs, on rolls, on skewer sticks, in foil with veggies....whatever! We will NOT be hungry! Might wrap one in Bacon - ya know, 'cause BACON!

Also bringing a nice Bourbon BBQ Sauce, and a Spicy Orange Pineapple Sauce.
