    I can say this

I did a trip back in January and few cool completely coated the wooki and XLC - the net took the moisture thankfully inside stayed dry and I was warm all night

Thanks Shug! I've seen a lot of questions about the Wooki and I think you pretty much covered them here. Also just noticed that you changed your profile picture to your new design. I like it!

It is a DWR Ripstop so water repellent. I've never had a UQ get wet. It does block wind pretty well to.

    Couple of questions :
    1. At 9 F, do you feel air coming in the hole st the end od the top quilt or do you put something in the hole?
    2. In the video, the foot of the hammock appears to be around 18 inches higher than the head. Is that close or is it the angle of the camera?
Thanks for all that you do. Tell Karl I said Hey
I cinched it up very tightly...no hole for air to get it.
It is about 18 inches higher. Keeps me in the sweet spot.
    Warbonnet recommends it.
    Watch at 1:50 in.

I have this exact set up and love it. Thanks for the video. Also, I was at the Historic Oliver Mansion in South Bend, IN this weekend and snapped this photo of a famous set of clowns playing leapfrog. Thought of Shug.[ATTACH=CONFIG]144834

Shug, thanks for doing that one. I like when you hold up the quilt to show off it's angled baffles.
My hat comes off, and my jaw just drops at the amazing angles that Brandon has designed into the whole thing. Just outstanding!
(Your presentation was good, as well.)

thanks shug, this answers the question I've been asking - what is special about the Wookie?

what I got from your video is that the Wookie is a set it and forget it (no adjusting) UQ on the BB & BBXLC. amirite?..

Apologize if this has been asked already, but is there a reason for the "reverse lay?" I tend to sleep on my left side in bed, and try to make it fit in the hammock, but wondered if the reverse lay would be better.

The fact it is made for Warbonnet gear. Set it and Forget it is Brandon's hope for it. No shock cords.

I just like my head to right and feet to left. Not sure but seems most folks sleep the other direction.
Maybe...otherwise your face is facing the shelf.
