First time customer. Overwhelmed at the service

I don't usually find the need to write a post when I order stuff from one of our many outstanding cottage vendors but today I have to.

I ordered a wookie this Monday. 2-3 weeks production according to the website. The following day I received an invitation to a hang on a mountain in the beginning of March.
Obviously I'd want to bring my new quilt but since I live in Sweden, it's a bit longer shipping and the risk of the parcel being kept in the customs for a while.
I counted the weeks and soon realised that the chances of receiving the quilt before the trip were tight.
I contacted Warbonnet and asked if it was at all possible that they could maybe make my quilt a bit faster and I asked to upgrade to the faster shipping.
A few minutes ago I received the shipping notice. 3 days after I ordered!
I'm truly amazed at the outstanding service and relieved that I'm now certain I'll have the quilt in time.

Yeah absolutely. Normally I'd have no problem to wait an extra week or two. Nice to see it works when I'm in a hasty situation myself

Yep, me too. I don't mind going to the back of the que now that the quilts I'm ordering are for a second rig. So I can bring friends and family out into the woods an experience the joy of hammock camping!
I too would like to commend all the fine cottage vendors here on the forum. Some amazing quality kit. I have nothing but positive things to say about the vendors I have purchased from and I have purchased from quite a few of them.

I ordered a wookie on Sunday and got a shipping notice on Tuesday. When I brought my blackbird I contacted them about a trip I was planning and they told me they will make sure I would get it on time. I did get it with time to practice setting it up before the trip. Yes, great service.

Right on ! I have purchased a blackbird, a ridge runner, a bib mamajama tarp. And a cloudburst. Now recently a winter Lynx. Every one of these transactions has been wonderful ! Warbonnet, simply the best !
