    Critter Ridder

I don't like having to remember to check my shoes in the morning when camping. So after some inspiration from ideas here on the forums. Even if you hang them from your suspension things can fly or crawl in. So I give you...

That aught to do it but do you have issues with things crawling in your shoes?

2 in fact. One I don't want to be bit or stung. Two I don't want to squish some poor unknowing critter. Even a slug has feelings.

    Awesome!!! I love it.

Always check the shoes. At the very least it is a squishy slug, and I have heard nightmares about scorpions and snakes.
    I sew things on youtube.
I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.

This should work great then. I don't even check my boots but then again I typically only camp when these things are sleeping

Looking good, that's exactly what I need to setup on mine. Thanks for sharing your work. Also like the name you come up with!

I always check my shoes. Years ago in southern oregon I had a scorpion crawl in a boot of mine. Luckily I noticed it before I put my foot in.

I guess I'll start looking but with high tops I would have to stick my hand in there so now a dilemma
