Yes, as far as I know, my thread subscriptions are working. I usually don't manually subscribe to a thread, but have always had my "Default Thread Subscription Mode" on "Instantly, using email".
The problem is the subscription to some of the sub-forums. I usually don't go on the website to check for new threads in sub-forums that I'm interested in, but rather have the forum send me daily updates by e-mail. I have followed the forum for years via e-mail updates, but sometime in late December some updates stopped coming. I didn't notice immediately, because I still received other updates like Ripstopbytheroll or Roundtable Off-Topic. Among the sub-forums that stopped sending updates were Warbonnet and Dutchware.
I tried unsubscribing an re-subscribing to Dutchware - but still didn't receive any updates in the last 3 or 4 days. Today I unsubscribed from all sub-forums and just re-subscribed. Maybe that'll do the trick. Kind of like rebooting the computer...
So nobody else has had similar issues? The only other thing I could imagine being responsible is my e-mail provider. But there's nothing in my spam folder - so they would need to prevent those e-mails going to my inbox. That would be weird, though, because the other updates have been going through, and I usually get a message if an e-mail was left on the server.
Unfortunately, re-subscribing did not work. If I counted correctly, I'm currently subscribed to 34 sub-forums:
But today I only received 5 updates:
- Loco Libre Gear
- Womans Outdoor Discussion
- Camping Hammocks
- Roundtable Off-Topic
- Reviews
When I click on "New Posts" I can see that there was activity in e.g. Warbonnet Hammocks, Suspension Systems, Ridgelines, & Bug Nets, Weather Protection, General Hammock Talk, Camping Hammocks, Under Quilts, Do-It-Yourself (DIY), Other Vendors and Services, Dream Hammock, Dutchware and quite a few more sub-forums I'm subscribed to. There should have been more e-mail updates.
I looked through the server logs this morning.

Emails were sent to you on 3/5/17 notifying you that the following forums had new posts.
Roundtable-Off-Topic
Camping Hammocks
Womens Outdoor Forums
Loco Libre
The title of each email would look something like this, "Reported Posts" update. You would get this for every forum that you subscribed to.
I think what may be going on is, your provider is seeing this and thinking that since you getting and influx of emails they may be blocking them as spam. They may be seeing the name update in each email trying to come to you in 5 of more email at the same time and considering it spam.
I know the emails are getting sent out because the logs show they are.

So I DID receive ALL the updates you can see in your log. But why didn't the forum send out updates for all the other (active) sub-forums I'm subscribed to?
