Diy trampoline hammock stand

I don't have trees in my backward and this is one of several stands I've made to overcome that. Hopefully this helps folks in my predicament. This was made from an old trampoline frame that someone donated to me. My materials were the trampoline frame, some rope and a little spray paint. It could use a little more paint but it worked great for my post hike hang this morning

I can't take total credit, tho. I was actually trying to copy another design by @Imoseley7. Sadly, I couldn't because the trampoline frame I have was different than his and it wouldn't work. I improvised.

I did nothing except try and figure out how to make it stable. The pieces fit together on their own. I suppose the lesson I learned is that it all depends on what trampoline you get and what joints you have. I wanted to copy a design I saw on here but my trampoline frame was different so I couldn't. If you get a different trampoline you might have to improvise but you can probably create something similar.

I added some of the hammock hardware on the bottom to help with stability and I'm going to add some self tapping screws to each joint so I can move it without it falling apart at the joints. It's stable when you are lying in it but hard to move because the joints pull apart.
