Hanging a Warbonnet on an ENO Hammock Stand

Hey everyone. I'd like your thoughts on how/if I can hang my WBB on this ENO hammock stand. I use whoopies and I have them as tight as they can go but it's still too loose. In general I'm not creative or a DIYer, so when my brain looks at this I'm not like "oh, I can do XYZ to make this work." My brain is like "I have no idea, go ask that helpful group of yours." I do have an ENO hammock as well, but I'd rather use my WBB because it's much more comfortable!

    Appreciate any advice. Thanks! IMG_1183.jpgIMG_1184.jpg

You need to get the hammock ends as close to the stand as possible. I'd do that with very short dogbones attached to the gatherend(don't remove the whoopies just ad the dogbone) of the hammock and the attachment point of the stand eliminating the biner.
A search in the DIY forum should show you how to make a dogbone form amsteel. They are very easy or dutch probably sells them.

What is the width of that eno stand?
    I sew things on youtube.
I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.

Just a quick idea. Lengthen the whoopie slings and feed them through the U brackets from underneath on each end and connect them to each other with one on the carabiners over the hammock. It will look like a parallel ridgeline above your hammock ridgeline.

Wouldn't the 8 or so inches of each whoopie sling bury ad ~16" of wasted space between the hammock and end of the stand? This stand is only 10 foot 6 inchs long.

I don't think there is a reason the bury can't be bent around the U brackets. I've done so before with no apparent ill effects on the buries.

I have a Vivere hammock stand that is just a tad small for my WBBB and basically did a similar thing with my whoopie slings. Even still, my RL was still a tad slack but it works ok.
