+1 I love mine. Soft, light and very comfy.

Thanks, everyone....plenty of great options for me to decide!

Now all I need is for the snow to melt so it can look & feel like spring ;-)

I use my Hummingbird hammock for day hikes. Light and packs very small. If I were looking now, I would likely look at an SLD hammock too. Cheers -

I use a Sub 7 with their Helios suspension for day hikes or any hanging that isn't sleeping (beach, festivals, park, etc). It was my "camp chair" on the trail when I was still a tent camper and the whole set up packs smaller than a softball.

A cheap Byer hammock from Academy would be perfect for you.

Eno Sub7 with Helios XL Straps. Sets up in a minute and great for lunch or a nap. Would not overnight in it.

I got my youngest son an ENO single nest last fall and between, he and his big brother using in almost non-stop in the yard, this is about a perfect hammock for them to simply hang out in. We also have a WB Traveler that we can set up for an overnighter if needed. I'm too for the ENO but like the Traveler.
