WAIT!!! What is this "stash jacket" you speak of???? Did you drop a stealth new product?? After, well even before, I just went to 16 degrees with my 20 degree Wooki saturday night, I am a SUPER FAN of Warbonnet!!!! Talking with my wife about UQ's last night and general bottom insulation I might have to buy her a Wooki too, or myself a 0 degree and give her the 20 degree. Anyways, jacket???

It's under the excess accessories tab on their site! It looks sweet!

I just found the stash jacket on your site. NICE!!! I want the Bushwack version!! How water resistant if the calendered DWR quilt fabric version? I know not as good as the tarp fabric but just curious.

I would say it is comparable to any good quality DWR quilt or sleeping bag fabric as far as water resistance goes. SO it should shed light rain but heavy drops would penetrate somewhat
Ok thanks!

I'm not in the market for a jacket, but I'll keep an eye on this. Since I don't find anything to be breathable, a focus on being more waterproof has me interested in the tarp material.
I recently ordered and received one of the 30D Nevermist Silnylon versions. It packs really small and I have no doubt that it will do a nice job of keeping the rain out, but it is the noisiest of all the rainjackets that I own. Also, the one I received does not have the cordlock cinches that are shown in the pictures on the website, so there is no way to cinch down the hood on my jacket. Perhaps WB added these to the more recent models? It's not a big deal for me. I actually plan to buy another Stash jacket in the breathable quilt fabric since I expect it will far superior to anything at a comparable price point such as the Patagonia Houdini jacket which also runs around $100. The Houdini is light, but lacks the pitzips and adjustable hood that the Stash has.
