Thumbs up Just wanted to send an "Attaboy!"

    Hello, team Warbonnet!

I just wanted to send my surprise and thanks at how quickly you responded to my order! I just ordered my first piece of Warbonnet gear this past Sunday (a Silnylon Superfly tarp). I've envied other people's WB gear and finally saved up my dollars to get one of your awesome tarps! On the product page you noted that I should expect a 2 week delay in shipment, due to high demand on these tarps (afterall, they are the BEST tarps out there right?). I was okay with that and placed my order late Sunday evening 4/9. Imagine my surprise when I received a thanks and shipping confirmation on my new Superfly just 2 days later on Tuesday 4/11 (1 day if we're talking about business hours)! I was amazed!!

I'm excited to get my new tarp and get it rigged for my next trip. I wanted to make sure I posted about your service and let you know that you've earned another loyal customer...and I haven't even gotten my first product yet! That's how it's done. Keep up the great work and thanks again for being "above and beyond" in the way you manage your business!

    Thank you.
If you can't laugh at yourself don't worry about it...someone will come along to help you out!

They have been really easy for me to work with as well. I've placed quite a few orders and really appreciate their promptness.

Same here! Love all my Warbonnet gear I've ordered over the past five years (WBBB, WBBB XLC w/ topcover, 20* Wooki XL, 2 Superflys, tarp pole mod, tarp skins, and 2 Edge tarps). Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service. Excellent design. Excellent quality!

As someone who acquired a third-hand SuperFly, Warbonnet did not hesitate to make a small fabric repair at the ridge line under their awesome lifetime warranty. I am super impressed and have nothing but praise for how they stand behind their product. They earned my loyalty!

Yes, please report back on your experience with this hammock. I so much want to hate my Ridgerunner so I can carry a lighter weight option when backpacking but I simply love the Ridgerunner.

Me too. I hate how it's so comfortable. Hate that there's no calf ridge. Hate how easy it is to put on an underquilt. Hate how awesome the saddlebags are for storage. Hate how easy it is to get into and out of...

Yes on all points. I just wish it was lighter but I've given up trying to switch to another hammock as I'm simply too lazy to mess with the gathered end hammock due to the ease of setup and comfort (as you mentioned).

Well guys, very bad news! I made big mistake and let WIFE try it first this afternoon. She went to sleep in about two minutes and I almost had to beat her out of it.
Then I got my turn and it is very comfortable and even more so with my Klymit between the layers.
Now, what the heck am I going to do with all my other hammocks. Only problem I see is that it won't fit in my d.i.y. Stand.
    Thanks Warbonnet
