What an awesome way to feed the hammocking and DIY addiction... Already going to look at the purchase list and try to make one myself.
If you are under control, you are not going fast enough - Mario Andretti
Nicely done jellyfish. You are truly talented. As for the Oriole, yes a beautiful and illusive bird. They tend to take off at the drop of a dime and also tend to stay high in the trees. I've seen them in the Owasco Flats and my parents have managed to attract them with oranges halved.

Your mind operates at a higher level. Wow!
"If we lose the forests, we lose our only instructors. People must see these forests and wilderness as the greatest educational system that we have on the planet. If we lose all the universities in the world, then we would lose nothing. But If we lose the forests, we lose everything." -- Bill Mollison
I readily admit to being a big fan of the Golden Ratio myself. The fact it appears in nature in such a diverse fashion is amazing to me.
Your hammock is simply lovely.
This is the kind of art I like...art for comfy sleeping.
Thank you!
You're welcome. Glad you find it useful.
Ha! Thanks
Coming soon...
I think I get more out of the commons knowledge here than I put back in.
Sweet! Love those clews.
It is interesting that oranges attracted the oriole. I'll have to tell my brother. He has actually seen them in his yard. He has the ability to spot wildlife that I never inherited, though. He has that special eye.
Hopefully the sleeping will equal the elegance of this design. lol
Thank you! That the golden ratio is useful for hammock camping is an extra bonus.

I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.
I probably just missed it, but what type of zipper did you use? Size and length?
