If it makes you feel any better you can ditch the econ stuff sacks and save 1.2 oz (40* set burr/phx). I think the savings is well worth the minor gain in weight, but then again, my belly disagrees when it comes to Little Caesars pizza pizza. I got the set for summer and it is still a weight savings compared to a full 20* set, and I'm sure even greater for a lower temp rate set. I'm sure you want miss the loss of the gain stepping down in to a higher temp rated quilt especially if you never had anything better.
