West Marine's Friday sale item is New England Rope HTS-75. 12 strand Dyneema SK-75. Starting price is $0.17/foot for 5/64th inch. Kicker with WM is $9.99 CoNUS shipping unless you purchase +$49.

Not sure if this is a real good price. Haven't purchase Amsteel or NE for a few years. For hammock use haven't noticed any difference between Samson and NE. Tend to purchase long lengths. Needed 1/4" for soft-shackle (non-hammock use). So another long length purchase to get "free" shipping. WM has free in-store pick-up.

Purchased some today with no idea the sale was going on, ended up with 30' for a 9.30 before tax. Ended up being $.31 a foot for me
Already made two soft shackles, and don't know where else to go from there suspension wise..
(new to the forum but not really to hammocking... or forums, but I'm new to setting up my suspensions.)
