Anybody ordered from Kat @ Mountaingoat recently?

I placed an order for another set of snake skins for a new tarp about a month ago. My credit card was charged, but I haven't heard back from her or received my order. I sent a message on her website a few days ago, but haven't received a reply to that either.

I bought a set of snake skins last year for a different tarp, and I really like the product. Anybody know another way of getting in touch with her?

There is a notice on her website in the hat section saying something about Kat having a hand injury. Not sure if that is delaying snake skins as well.

That notice has been up for quite some time. Last I heard she had to discontinue the knitting stuff, but she was still injecting.

Please keep us posted. Kat is pretty special around here, and I sure there would be hands to lend, if needed.

I remember that notice being there last year. I was going to order a hat from her at the time too. The snake skins ordered back then came promptly though.

My last set of snake skins from her came through in a couple weeks. Last fall sometime if I remember

I have ordered a few in the last three months and all came quite promptly. I had her do two 13ft skins for my winter dream. Everything was fast.

I ordered a pair about 2 weeks ago. I received them about a week later. I didn't notice a message on her website.

Cool. I was not sure how long that notice had been there or if it had any impact on the snake skins. Just thought I would throw that out there. The last set I ordered arrived in a couple of weeks.

I ordered her Snake Skins 3 weeks ago and received them in the mail less than a week later.

Thanks for the replies. I had a note on my order explaining that the skins were for a HG Cuben Palace and asking if the standard skins would be large enough. Maybe it's just taking longer due to that. I'm not complaining, I'm a happy customer. Just curious of the status of my order. Dutch ruins it for everyone else by shipping things before we even order!
