My daily hammock in my room is a double wide hexon 1.6. It's a dream! So much space, and support, I love that hammock.

I have a Dutch NylonD 1.6, which I don't like that much, its very sticky to my skin. I think the Hexon is gold.
    I'd rather be hanging.

How tall are you? Did you get the standard width or wide? Curious because that is one of my last decisions before I order. Thanks!!

The wide is really nice. It's my only wide hammock. Totally worth it!

Ditto on the Hexon 1.6 Wide, I'm 5'9" and about 16 stones. My most comfortable hammock is an 11ft double layered Hexon 1.6 Wide with knotty mods and no pad opening, it was a custom job sewn by Marty @WildernessLogics. A Chameleon with a double layer of Hexon 1.6 Wide would be perfect for me. I am looking forward to the day when Hexon 1.6 Wide returns...I would imagine Hexon 2.4 Wide would be very popular as well.

So would the WB Blackbird be considered a wide because of the extra fabric for th footbox....or does the whole hammock have to be bigger?

No, the WB Blackbird and XLC are ~63" wide. A standard Dutch Netless Hammock is ~58" wide. For me, hammocks with bodies wider than 67" are in the "wide" class. Fabrics labeled Wide or XL by the manufacturer typically range from ~67"-76" unhemmed.
