Wha'z Dis...?

These are what I was looking for.

Got two packs of "Snake Ties" yesterday that I ordered off of Battery Junction. My thanks to Chris for his nearly instant solution. We ALL could have used some of these up on the lake hang.
"Assorted Colors" seems to mean only black and orange, just like shown on the site. The have only the single hole rather than one large/one small like the light string set had. Flat on one side, ribbed on the other like a standard zip-tie, but made of soft silicone rubber. Just over 8" long laid out, they should give a max circumference of about 6" [but probably will hold better cinched tighter].

At $0.71 a piece, these are good bit more expensive than the ones from China that are coming, too. Those were only $0.27 cents per unit in a ten-pack [I could choose color, and got lime green], but these are in hand and usable right now.

Glad to see those worked! Should I order the battery junction ones or wait for the other ones you ordered to see what they are like?

I'd wait, but I'm a cheap ol' bastid.
The shipping can be a little as a week. Yesterday I got one that was ordered on the 19th.
$0.27 ea. is tough to beat, and they look to be the exact same thing; plus I like the colors better. Those black ones are just looking to get lost. I prefer bright on my smalls. And Chinese come without the "hanger" packaging that eVerYthing US has... it just goes in the trash

You're not wrong! Picked up a few packs of these off the Gander Mountain clearance rack a few months back--can't find a single one of the black ones now.
