If your tarp line is also going to support your hammock or pole, then get amsteel for that too.
And there are other tarp lines that are easier to tie and untie knots and there are glow in dark tarp lines, so you don't trip over lines in dark. If you like hardware instead of knots--get tarp cords that work well with hardware.
In a pinch, you can use almost any cord found in your hardware store for your tarp lines---but I would not--and especially not for suspensions that support you above terra-firma?!?!

Ya know Phantom I could see something like this going to another vertical coming from a box hitch on a truck? Would be great for our friends in the prairie or desert, or even a crowed group hang.

Ditch the paracord, go with the Amsteel. Whatever you do please don't get hurt and don't worry, we have all had that backward shorts kind b of day.

You are right, dragging your Cameleon down the road would be almost as sad as the scene in "Vacation" when Chevy Chase tied the dog to the back bumper

Yes paracord will work for your tarp.

I would love to see a good video on how they hang the hammock with a strong like as suggested here? I don't know for sure how that is done? I understand at each end of the hammock you hook it up that way with some strong cord but what I mean is a line that goes from one end to the other.
