I did up that MexChocolate Mousse from PackIt, too. Super nice dessert and worth the carry. It was so rich we passed it around a crowd of ten on the Mystery Paddle-In Hang, and everybody got a taste
It is quite sweet and oh so tasty.

It was a sweet bunkhouse. $20 a night per. No coyotes up there. Lots of moose, bear and wolf poo.

Only time our feet were dry was when they dried overnight in the hammock. We just dealt. Boots were swollen with water all the time. Ring out our sock and liner several times a day. Wore the thinnest socks I had. Still got black toenails.
    Here is the horror.....

I have had the Circuit a while and needed to give it a good trail test. Loved it but also missed my trusty OHM.

Never heard of the black toe thing. What exactly is that? Just something to do with being too moist? Blood flow? Abrasion against the boot?

Basically trauma. My boots swelled and my toes were just jamming up it seems. May need to go up a size in boots. Started in thick socks. That may have started it with the swelling boots.

Would muck boots have been too warm? Seventy plus miles and not a single red squirrel or a moose to clear the trails. Remarkable trek.

I think they would have been for that distance and 12 to 14 miles a day.
Pleny of red squirrwls and moose but 4 of us going through the growth made no difference. We really had to push through some of it.

Loved the videos and area. You know the ice is off the lakes and you could of used canoes.
