When? Summer? I will through in for a maybe. I plan to take a weekend drive over to visit Optimator for some caving sometime this summer, maybe make it a long weekend if there were a car camp or short hike night.

Looks amazing. Wish I were closer or had more free time, or both.

I am thinking early spring would be nice, cool night, some what warm days.

But I am pretty much open to almost anything!

I'm up for it. Just need to know when and for how long to make sure it fits on my schedule.

Not sure if this would work for me. It's going to depend on my schedule, plus I have an interview in Vegas in a few weeks. I might not be a part of the NW shortly. I love the Eagle Creek trail, but it has become too popular for me. I miss the days of hiking it and only seeing a couple of other people along the route.

    We're in

Primitiveliver and I are in if you wait until May for it to be warm enough. It's windy and cold in the Gorge until then...especially for hanging if you have to carry your gear (underquilts, etc) in. But let us know.

Put me down as a definite possiblility. Would depend on the schedule. I agree with Annie - I lived in the gorge for 30 years - the wind blows most every day in the spring and starts to calm down in May.
