I am going to be in Northern MN while my kids are at a camp near Bemidji, MN. I thought I might as well take in the Superior Hiking Trail.
I would like to do a 4 day trip and I am wondering what sections I should do.
Your help would be much appreciated.
Oberg Mountain to Cascade River is a great section.
Also Silver Bay to Crosby Manitou State Park is right good.

Obiecamper, I would recommend watching some of those videos to find what parts call you most. The trip reports by Shug are pretty detailed, and I'm sure you could find something good in there. Plus they are plenty entertaining.
