I personally have the 9 footer (I don't have room for the bigger) and it's a fantastic lounger, and great for naps. it's too short for overnight sleeps, but it's not intended for that, so it's all good

for the money, you're not going to find much better. also nice, you can get em on amazon
    Awesome, thanks!

Assuming because the Brazilian is "solid," while the Mayan is net?

You're referring to this stand, right? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002URUA38..._JaVyzb560MC55

Yes, that's the stand i have. The hammock i got is this one : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004YJCB8M/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I've had it about 3 years and its going great. Mine is hung on eye bolts indoors, though.

I've kinda started fantasizing about this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072J245P7..._FuWyzbMYZBBJ0. 56" high, which is nice.

    Indeed.
Nothing is cooler... but nothing won't keep you butt off the floor!

I got the Mayan Matrimonial. It's pretty nice, but I don't use it much. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
