First Trip with my new hammock!

I'm very new to hammock hanging and even camping...started out in April! For my birthday, my boyfriend bought me my very own hammock: Dream Hammock 11ft Darien with 1.06oz HyperD material. I must say, that this hammock is extremely comfortable! I was able to really get a great night's sleep in it. I think it might be even better than sleeping in my own bed! Makes me so excited to use this for all of my backpacking and camping trips that I have. This hammock was definitely worth the wait for it!

Big congratulations on your hammock and first experience sleeping in it! I had a similar experience my first time in a hammock and now sleep full time in one. It's been about a year and a half since I've slept in a bed at home. The key was purchasing a quality hammock like your boyfriend has done for you. I wish you continued success.

I would love to sleep in a hammock at home, but I don't think the dogs would be very happy about that!
