20° Operator Series Ghost Pepper Now Available!

The popularity of the Operator Series quilts has shown us that some of you are looking for lighter premium quilts at a modest price point. Because of that we decided to expand the Operator Series Line to now include a 20° Ghost Pepper. Just like the 50° OSGP the 20° is offered with limited options, but is lighter than our standard offering. Weights are calculated with Argon 67 inside and out and 900 fill power WR goose down, and feature a lower price point than our standard Ghost Pepper with 800 fill. With 12 color options there's no shortage of colors to make it your own, and if that's not enough right now the 20° OSGP is included in our anniversary sale, so until the end of the month you save 15%.

George, what are the main differences between the operator series Ghost Pepper and the "normal" one?

The OSGP has fewer options because it's meant to be a fast and light quilt. There is no Argon 90, no 800 duck down, and the price is lower compared to a similarly speced "regular" 20° GP because we don't have to focus on added extras like draft collars and insulated foot boxes. Also, our standard quilt lines are conservatively rated and has a standard 52" width, while this one is 50" wide and a little closer to the rated temp as we are adding about an ounce less fill.

I haven't checked this forum in a while and I'm glad I did. I love my 0* GP and have been needing a 20* quilt so this will work nicely.

Does anyone know if the Operator series quilts have a neck drawstring or cord to cinch up the neck?

    Thanks.
