As an observation... the Pea Soup that was had on Ralph Bice last October was probably the best soup I've ever had, period. It would almost be futile to attempt to re-create. I think it was the lid.

Leaning heavily towards attending the red route!! I normally love a camp buffet.. However certain health issues have me on a not-necessarily-camping-friendly-diet by choice. Now grilled tofu has it's fanbase, but it ain't for everyone but will definitely come up with something to share. I just need to learn to stay dry above the knees when exiting the canoe.😳

If you could recreate the chilli you brought to Valens, that would be the bomb IMO. That was some darn fine chilli. Do you have a dehydrator?

Not to mention that Off the hook Mountian Man Breakfast. If EGL was an Army I'd vote Niagara as the Cook. Ha ha!

I would be interested in the red route. Did a big Algonquin trip last year. Base camping is fine as well. I will need to order a UQ ASAP lol.

I will try marshmallow way this time. I still don't have feeling in my ring finger. Also, Martin may be joining me this time, if he is not rescheduled to work. He might even be trying a hammock once again.
