I find it better to push the constrictor over than to pull the buried cord thru.

If you are interested in these, check out their Fixed version too. They have an attached loop for pulling.

Fixed F10 is the one I have been searching for, but it is pretty expensive to get imported.

Ironwire is now the official tension cordage for our Wild Cherry Woodworks folding buck saws! Passed the end through a 3" bury so one can hand tension the loop, then twist the wedge for final tension! WAY better than paracord and the round profile doesn't seem to dig into the wedge like Zingit did. Thanks!! Now we got Colorado Outdoor Gear Supply making our pouches and Lawson making our tension cordage! Love it!

I like the Ironwire. It's not dark gray but really black and it stays black. A little bit stiffer than Lash-It, but spliceable without problems.

I got used to splicing it now. Not as easy as Zingit, but once you do it a little, it's good. Did all those things for the buck saws and had a piece leftover so I made a dogbone fur the heck of it. Not too bad to do! In using a thin wire though, not my splicing tool.

Great looking cordage you have here Mountainfitter. Can't wait to pick up a spool.

I was curious do you have a retail store to purchase your products.

Thought the whole point of it was easier to splice. What's left of the benefits? Colour? Wow :-/
