    Source for hammock-quality parachute materiel?

Thinking of trying something more for casual lounging that has more stretch than my 1.6HyperD. Looking for a good source of *wide* parachute materiel. I'm wondering if I can't do it better than Eno. Lol

I go to both frequently enough my mail carrier asks what my latest project is but I don't think either carry anything close to the parachute stuff. Thanks for the suggestion, both are top notch!

If you are looking for "parachute" material that's like a lot of the store bought hammocks you might look at the Crinkle Taffeta tablecloths here:

    https://www.tableclothsfactory.com/category-s/149.htm

You can get a 90 x 156 piece of material for under $20. And if the size is right, you don't even need to hem the edge.

The tablecloths are a taffeta, but they are polyester, so you will not find the stretch you are looking for there.

Always worth checking out new options. It seems the market is flooded with cheap parachute hammocks. Ones with bug nets start as little as $19! The materials cost more (retail)

We can assist with 66 inch calendered 30 denier nylon ripstop fabrics at about 60 cents a yard. These are only sold by the case
