    Warbonnet blackbird whipping

Has anyone tried to hang through the sewn channel on a warbonnet hammock? (Instead of using the donut end.)

Did it help with the calf ridge?

Don't know if the sewn channel is strong enough. It may only be there for the structure of the whipping.

    I agree with Bubba.

When in doubt about damaging the integrity of your hammock check with the designer.

I am sure Warbonnet will give you the correct information so your hang will be reasonably safe.

The channel only has one seam. And it is fairly narrow. I wouldn't do it.

Warbonnet designed it the perfect way I wouldn't mess with it!
