I'm not good at trip reports, but I thought that some of you might enjoy some pictures of the high country from my neck of the woods.
We started Saturday morning at Tony Grove Lake (elevation ~8000ft) and hiked the 3.5 mile trail to Naomi Peak (elevation ~10,000 ft). There is a lot of smoke from all the wildfires burning across the western US, but the views were still breathtaking.

After taking in the view from the peak we hiked down the other side of the ridge to where we made camp at High Creek Lake (elevation 8800 ft)
