Just now, while wandering around the shop making dinner, I spotted 4 turkeys walking across the clearing behind the shop. One big male and 3 females.

BTW, I'll be up here for the next few days if anyone wants to come up and hang.

Did you cook the turkeys for dinner?

. . . I'm trying to get more and more of my trails open.

I haven't been able to get any work done the last couple of weeks.
But on this weekend's trip, I was able to get about an hour of skid-steer work in.

That allowed me to reclaim another 150 yards or so of trail.
This was the section that needed the most reshaping; there were some unsettling, off-camber dips that needed to be filled in.

I ended up having to stop at a downed tree that I pushed up against another tree. Next trip will need some more chainsaw work.

Here are a couple of shots to show what some other trails look like currently

These spots are pretty tame compared to other areas in the trails.

One thing that is keeping me from jumping on certain portions of trails: learning how steep of an incline is safe for the CTL to go up. I don't wanna find out the hard way.

Nice work. It's going to look well groomed when you're done. ...and yes, take your time. No flattened dads allowed for Fathers Day.

That is cool, RAW! I love seeing the wild critters that are around here.

It's gonna be a great hang when the time is right.
