We would have to drive to it. The put in spot is about 10 miles. There are a bunch of other options too. The Oswego river is just a few miles down the road. The Erie Canal in Port Byron, is about 27 miles but we could explore Howland's Island wildlife management area. There is horseshoe island in Phoenix that is a 7 mile loop with a side excursion into a marsh possible, about 10 miles away.
I have a 7'x16' flatbed and an F-350. If there are just a few of us I can drive us.

This is an example of the woods hanging spot that is always dry. No widow makers.
These are all the same spot, different configurations. That is an 8' equip. I have hung my 11 footers there with no problem I just can't find any pictures of them. There is a fire pit and a stack of firewood nearby as well.
