25 inch torso! LOL I don't think you measured right. Measure from the ball on the back of your neck to the bottom vertebrae where it meets your hips.

Well I don't know any internal frame pack that would even fit you. I'd suggest an medium alice pack with a frame. How tall are you?
(Most tall packs have a max torso of 23 inches)
that'd put you in the +7ft range...Really Big..
KM (who is 5'6 and has 18" torso..just for comparison purposes.)
I'm 6 foot 300 lbs. Must have been off on my hip location...you know all the extra "insulation:

I am 6'3" and 250 and my torso is 20 inches
hmmmmm. I'm either a mutant freak or I had a hard time finding my hips thru the fat
